Teledyne FLIR, a Teledyne Technologies company, will exhibit at CEM and AQUAMATE Asia 2026, taking place November 17–19 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC), Malaysia. At Booth 45, Teledyne FLIR will showcase optical gas imaging (OGI) and continuous monitoring solutions designed to help industries enhance safety, reduce emissions and improve operational efficiency.

During the conference, Craig O’Neill, Global Director of Product and Market Strategy for Optical Gas Imaging at Teledyne FLIR, will present “A Decade of Quantitative Optical Gas Imaging Technology Advancements, Research and Field Use Cases” on Wednesday, November 18, at 10:00 in Room 1, as part of the Industrial Stack & Source Emissions session and “The History of Optical Gas Imaging (OGI) in Emissions Monitoring: Shaping the Past to Leading the Future” on Thursday, November 19, at 12:45 in Room 1, as part of the Fugitive, Methane & Process Monitoring session.

CEM Asia is a conference and exhibition dedicated to emissions and air quality monitoring. It runs alongside AQUAMATE Asia, which covers water and wastewater monitoring, and attracts plant operators, environmental managers and regulators from across Asia and is a part of the CEM conference series which has events in Europe, Middle East, India and this new event in Asia.

At the booth, visitors can see how the FLIR G-Series OGI cameras detect gas leaks in real time. The Gx320 visualizes methane, other hydrocarbons and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and is certified for use in hazardous locations. It also quantifies leaks directly in the camera, without the need for a second device. The G306 is designed for electric utilities and visualizes sulfur hexafluoride (SF6), ammonia and ethylene, allowing teams to scan substations for leaks without interrupting power delivery. Both cameras have built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth and connect to the FLIR Ignite cloud for image storage and sharing.

Teledyne FLIR will also present its Axx and Axxx-Series fixed-mount thermal cameras for continuous monitoring. Used for condition monitoring and early fire detection, the cameras monitor critical assets around the clock and alert operators to abnormal temperatures before they lead to a fire or unplanned downtime. They are designed for reliable performance in harsh industrial environments in oil and gas, manufacturing and utilities.

Additionally, Teledyne FLIR will present their newest technology bridging the gap from historic handheld OGI to automated fixed solutions, FLIR ADGiLE. This new solution is a turn-key offering from FLIR providing continuous monitoring of sites for methane and hydrocarbon emissions detection built on advanced AI analytics to streamline the detection and identification of leaks process.

“CEM Asia gives us the opportunity to meet operators and regulators from across the region and show how optical gas imaging and continuous monitoring can help them detect leaks sooner and keep their sites safe,” said Craig O’Neill, Global Director of Product and Market Strategy for Optical Gas Imaging, Teledyne FLIR.
